- Initial naturopathic consultation - to identify root causes of your health problem and propose a treatment plan based on physical therapies, herbs, supplements, diet and lifestyle changes(1 hr): $100
- Follow-up consultation (30 min): $60
- Quick initial consult/quick follow-up (15 min): $30
💆Massage (for clients with prior consultation):
- Shiatsu - gentle, meditative and stretching-like style of massage to wind you down (30–60 min): $60–$100
- Aromatic massage (1 hr) - use of essential oils for relaxation: $100
- Remedial massage (1 hr) - preventative, corrective and rehabilitative treatment of injuries, dysfunction and postural issues: $100 (Health fund rebate available soon)

My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health.
Professional massage is only offered after an initial naturopathic assessment that lasts 15 minutes or one hour.
